“The world is changing and other countries will want to change the international architecture. It is reasonable for India and China to want to have new arrangements to trade with the world," Dr. Geoff Raby encourages stronger bilateral relationships with Asia.
“China has a long way to go. And the growth will come from the old model of investments," he said.
“For the first time ever, the services sector accounted for a larger share in economic activity in China and the growth of the private sector in China is huge. I’m not sure why this has not attracted more attention in the media. The emphasis is now on the private sector to increase activity."
